K-Trail Inc offers a 5-year welding, wiring, lights warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. K-Trail trailers are warranted to be free of defects in raw material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to any product which is found to have been modified or altered in any way: nor shall the warranty apply to any defect or malfunction which was caused by damaged, unreasonable use or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. The warranty will not cover damage by overloading the trailer beyond state capacities or by an improper charge distribution. Any damage caused to your dump trailer being overturned on its side is not covered by this warranty as well.
K-Trail reserves the exclusive right to change the design or the specifications of its product without notice. No change shall be done to the products already sold. All transportation costs must be paid by the owner. All repairs should be approved by an authorized representative of K-Trail prior to repairs. The liability of the company shall be limited to repair or replacement of any part judged defective.
